The purpose of this policy is to explain how we handle information we collect from you during your visit to the Gdevelop web site. We are committed to protecting your privacy, and constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers.

Information Collected and Stored Automatically

When you visit the Gdevelop website to read pages or download information, Gsolutions automatically collects and stores the following non-identifying information:

• The Internet Protocol (IP) address from which you access the IS web site (An IP address is a unique number that is automatically assigned to the computer you are using whenever you are surfing the web).
• The type of browser, such as Netscape or Internet Explorer, and operating system, such as Windows 98 or Linux, used to access the Gdevelop site.

This information does not identify you personally. Clients have the right to request sight of, and copies of, any and all Client Records we keep, on the proviso that we are given reasonable notice of such a request. Clients are requested to retain copies of any literature issued in relation to the provision of our services. Where appropriate, we shall issue Clients with appropriate written information, hand-outs or copies of records as part of an agreed contract, for the benefit of both parties.

We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by this Company will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.

Security, Intrusion, and Detection

For site security purposes, and to ensure that this service remains available to all users, Gdevelop monitors network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage. We will investigate any unauthorised actions taken against our computer systems and data, with a view to prosecuting and/or taking civil proceedings to recover damages against those responsible.
